 Before AHI Home & Building Inspection Services can perform a home inspection  the Inspection Agreement MUST be signed by the client and on file in our office. Inspection Agreements can be found on the Inspection Agreement Page. Also all payment arrangements MUST be in place. 

Payment is DUE at the time of the inspection in the form on Cash or Check, UNLESS other arrangements are made in advance.
